Being an entrepreneur isn’t always easy. There is a lot that goes into it. It’s not all kickin’ it by the pool with our laptops & sippin’ on pretty drinks. The things about being an entrepreneur is this... No one is going to make you do it. No one is going to make you stay up until 1 AM replying to emails, messages, DMs & comments. No one is going to make you listen to podcasts or read personal development books to help further grow your mind & your business. That’s "YOUR" job. You are your own boss. You set your own schedule. You determine how hard you are going to work, & you decide what you do, & when you do it.

Just like anything in life, if you don’t put in the hard, honest work, You’re outcome will not be great. YOU GET WHAT YOU WORK FOR. It’s been a little over 4 years since I’ve started working from home. I’ve had my fair shares of ups & downs in my businesses. But the ups totally outweigh the downs. I am a dream chaser for sure, & if working from home has shown me anything it’s that if I can dream it, I can definitely push myself to achieve it. But that means many early mornings, & many long nights...but you know what, This is my job & I love it! . Knowing I am impacting so many people each & every day, whether it’s with fitness, food, ketones or fashion with my boutique.. it all totally fills my heart with so much happiness.

Fall Fat Bombs!! PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE FAT BOMBS INGREDIENTS: 8 oz cream cheese ⅓ c canned pumpkin purée 4 tbsp to 6 tbsp swerve (granular) 1 ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice 2 ½ tbsp coconut flour 1 tsp vanilla extract (FOR THE COATING) ⅓ c pecans or walnuts, finely minced 2 tbsp swerve (granular) 1 tsp cinnamon Instructions: Line a baking sheet with wax paper Using an mixer, combine the first 6 ingredients and beat until combined Freeze the mixture in the bowl (or ice cube tray) for 15 to 20 minutes until just firm enough to form into balls In a medium bowl combine all the coating ingredients and stir together. Set aside. . Using a cookie scoop or your hands, form a ball or mound with the chilled pumpkin cheesecake mixture Roll each ball in the coating until covered, and place on lined baking sheet. Re-freeze for 30 minutes or more until somewhat firm, then serve. Store these in the fridge in a covered container!

From hormone imbalance to autoimmune diseases...losing my gallbladder...anxiety/depression...the list goes on.😣(Still struggling everyday) . It hasn't been easy but I keep pushing. Some days are harder to get out of bed & keep my fitness journey going but I will keep pushing.🏋️‍♀️ . I write all of this because I know alot of you struggle with the same issues. Just know someone else is going through the same ups👆 & downs👇. . You will power through & become better than before. Just keep pushing & keep the mind set that no one can stop you & know I'm in your circle cheering you on!💪🔊
