Tampa Bay's favorite spring festival is back every weekend until April 26th. Busch Gardens Food & Wine Fest! This is one of my favorite events every year. I was able to preview all of the delicious food and drinks the other night.
The festival features new and exciting dishes, plus a large selection of wines, craft brews and cocktails. Some of the biggest acts in musical entertainment will take the stage every weekend as well. All concerts are included with daily ticketed admission to the park.
Food and beverage is not included with park admission and is available for an extra fee.
Here is some of the amazing food I indulged in:
NOLA EATS: Red Beans & Rice with Sausage
SEASONALLY INSPIRED: Impossible Slider with Fresh Pico de Gallo and Guacamole
SEASONALLY INSPIRED: Avocado Toast (Thick-Cut Ciabatta Bread with Fresh Smashed Avocado, Red Radishes, Green Onions and Marinated Tomatoes)
HOG HEAVEN: Charred Brussels Sprouts with a Warm Bacon Vinaigrette
HOG HEAVEN: Maple Bacon Cinnamon Roll (Soft, sweet Cinnamon Roll with crispy and sweet Crumbled Bacon and topped with Maple Cream)
WEST COAST CATCH: Shrimp Salad Stuffed Avocado (Avocado filled with Seasoned Shrimp, Red Onions, Celery, Peppers and Cilantro-Lime Aioli)
WEST COAST CATCH: Sesame Crusted Tuna (Wakame Salad with Sweet Thai Chili and topped with Peach Sauce and Crispy Wonton)
COKE FUSION: Cherry Coke® Pulled Pork Slider (Slow-Braised BBQ Pulled Pork, Fried Onions and Slider Bun)
COKE FUSION: Coke® Infused Chocolate Cupcake (Topped with Pop Rocks™ Candy)
I also enjoyed lots of delicious wines, beers and cocktails while I was there! They were the perfect pairing to all of the yummy food.
To be honest all the food was amazing! My favorite was the Cherry Coke Pulled Pork Slider and the Impossible Slider. So tasty! You really can not go wrong with all of the different options.
Best part is the whole park is open during the festival so you can enjoy all of the rides and animals as well!
We ended the night with a beautiful fireworks display and some live music from the band Eaglemania. If you are a fan of the Eagles they are the perfect tribute band to jam out with!
