Final Thoughts - Always Eat After 7pm

This post is brought to you by our sponsor, “Always Eat After 7 PM”. The opinions expressed below are my own.

If you’ve been following along with me since week one, you will remember that we’ve learned the what the diet is all about in my first blog post, what makes Always Eat After 7 PM stand out in my second blog post, and how it’s been helping me accomplish my goals in my third blog post. I have completed four weeks on the diet and it has been such a great experience.

I have lost a total of 12 pounds, a ton of bloat and have alot more energy! This diet isn't just a diet it is a lifestyle and is so easy and enjoyable to use.

We’ve been traditionally taught to avoid carbs, have an early dinner, and never eat before bed. But the fact is, the latest scientific research shows us this earlier model is not the most ideal.

“Fact is, most diets are extremely narrow with regard to food choices and variety, and many even limit entire macronutrients altogether over the course of the entire program (think low-carb and low-fat diets). Three months with no carbs? No thanks. Such practices not only are entirely unnecessary, but make for a miserable, unsustainable experience.”

I plan to keep this diet and lifestyle going since it is working so well for me. I have also incorporated more cardio everyday since I have so much more energy! I highly recommend checking out Always Eat After 7pm. You won't be disappointed.
