The past few weeks I have allowed some negative, self limiting thoughts/people & ideas rent space in my head...that held me back which filtered into other parts of my routine—-like working out.😣 . It’s no wonder the funk continued because I wasn’t MOVING.🏃♀️ I wasn’t taking that ME time to ENERGIZE my life! When I’m not working out💪, I feel like crap, physically & I’m not the best wife, friend or leader that I need to be.💯 . Today, I decided to ditch the negative thoughts, bad energy & attitude. I self motivated myself to get back into the routine that FUELS my fire (cuz no one else is going to motivate you...it has to come from WITHIN).💙 . So I threw on my a cute gym outfit (it helps!!) & got my bootie to the gym.🏋️♀️ I'm feeling like a million bucks & I'm ready to get back into my healthy lifestyle. Who is with me?🙋♀️
