Hard Rock Cafe (Founder's Day)


I'm just gonna shake, shake, shake, shake, shake, (milk)shake it off!



Last night I was able to attend the Pre-Founder’s Day event at Hard Rock Cafe Tampa in celebration of the original Hard Rock Cafe in London! (June 14, 1971) Happy Founder’s Day Hard Rock Cafe!



We started off with some amazing drinks to kick off the night!


The Southern Rock cocktail and the Tropical Margarita! Both were so fun but hands down my favorite was the Southern Rock. Southern Rock is a mix of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey, Southern Comfort, Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur and Smirnoff Vodka,

mixed with sweet & sour and topped with Sierra Mist.



After our drinks we started with the first course which was Spinach Artichoke Dip and the Golden Onion Ring Tower. Both were delicious appetizers. I highly recommend the onion ring tower it comes with ranch and a spicy smoked ketchup dipping sauce!



Second Courses were the One night in Bangkok Spicy Shrimp and the Three Cheese & Roma Tomato Flatbread. I could have made a meal out of these two appetizers alone! The Spicy Shrimp had the best sauce and the flat bread had a great garlic bite to it with cilantro pesto flavors.



For the Third Courses we were able to try all the sliders. The All-American Sliders (melted american cheese, crispy onion ring and creamy coleslaw on a toasted brioche bun), Buffalo-Style Sliders *my fav* (crispy onion ring, classic buffalo sauce & bluue cheese dressing on a toasted brioche bun) and the Whiskey Bacon Jam Sliders (american cheese, crispy onion ring & homemade jack daniels whiskey bacon on a toasted brioche bun)




We finished the night with some boozy milkshakes! Let me tell you my friends this was definitely my favorite part of the night! There were two flavors: Strawberry Cheesecake and Cookies & Cream I couldn't pick my favorite because they were both amazing!
