I had the pleasure of previewing Winter's Wonderland at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium.
The event is from Nov. 16, 2019-Jan. 6, 2020 (Closed Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day) The Clearwater Marine Aquarium is offering so many fun Holiday themed activities during Winter's Wonderland.
So many beautiful lights and decorations all around the aquarium.
They had holiday-themed habitats and a Kids’ Fun Zone in there 3rd-floor classrooms where you can learn about penguins and polar bears. You even get to interact with Santa and his elves as they dive in Mavis’s Rescue Hideaway!
\My all time favorite is the Sea of Lights boat cruises that you can take around Clearwater Bay to see all of the Christmas lights. Before hoping on the cruise you get a goody bag of Holiday cookies and pick your flavor of hot chocolate! It is great for the whole family. There is animal trivia on the boat cruise as well as a night time story to cap off the night. Overall the boat ride was such a fun time with the Christmas music playing in the background while you get to enjoy all of the beautiful lights.
You can reserve a spot on the Sea of Lights boat cruises HERE. There is a special if you book online for $25.98! Such a great deal. Cruises are available at 5pm, 6pm and 7pm on select nights.
The event all in all was so much fun. We got to learn about all of the sea life, look at all of the amazing holiday decor and sail around Clearwater Bay with our hot chocolate to help get us in the holiday spirit.
There are also many amazing new renovations happening at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. They are making room for bigger exhibits and tanks for the animals, event space so you can hold all of your work/birthday parties at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium and so much more. 2020 is a big year for the Clearwater Marine Aquarium and I couldn't be happier for them.
